What is the My Club,
My Community Project?
The Australian community is one of the most diverse in the world, and sports and social clubs have an opportunity to become truer representations of their local communities by becoming even more inclusive places for people of differing backgrounds.
My Club, My Community is a celebration of multicultural Australia focusing on inclusion, empowerment and community building. We hope this project will provide a vehicle for inclusion, drawing together people of all races, religions and cultures whilst also improving the physical and mental health of all community members.
To help diversify community club membership so it becomes a true representation of multicultural Australia.
The My Club, My Community project is about helping to further connect clubs and community by promoting community sport, social and cultural clubs as inclusive and cultural hubs – ultimately bringing together Western Australia’s vibrant multicultural communities.

Participating My Club, My Community clubs will have a sticker on their clubhouse door or window, making it even easier for you to find the clubs who have made it a priority to make their club even more inclusive.
